    Message from LAEd:

I was visiting Santa Barbara today and thought I’d do a bit of caching. I got 4 finds and 2 DNF.

I did follow your podcache instructions and I must admit I never noticed the sailing ship in the whale’s eye. Thanks for pointing it out. I did indeed find the film container and unless the log has been renewed lately I seem to be FTF. I left 2ea .05 cent Euros. TFTF SL

Thanks for another Podcache I could follow along virtually using Google Streetview. I was able to see most of the items mentioned except for the writing on some of the info signs and the ship in the whale’s eye. Of course, I could not actually get at the cache. Another nice thing about this, is you do not have to worry about muggles. However, there is an additional interesting site to see on the streetview. You can see two Santa Barbara police officers talking to what looks like a homeless person just before you get on the wharf. And those police officers, take an interest in you as you pass by them. Thanks for the fun!

We are also just back from attending the Portable Media / Podcast Expo, so we share some of our excitement from being at this great event! We’d like to hear from you on two topics. 1. Do you have a suggestion for a geocacher with an interesting story that we could interview? 2. What do you want to hear on the show? Send us a COMMENT and let us know your thoughts and suggestions.
