Positive:
1 ) Easy to use. Not tons of features to get confused with.
2 ) Durable. I bounced mine on cement and it didn't affect it at all.
3 ) Everyone looks at you funny with the old-school GPS receiver.

Negative:
1) Very old model.
2) Takes a long time to get satellite lock.
3) System is not very responsive.
