Positive:
1) Extremely nice package with the GPS unit mobile mount pc interface cable DC power cable and mapsource CD.
2) I love the mapping, portability and the ability to average waypoints.
3) The display can rotate from vert. to horz. for either driving or handheld use.

Negative:
1) Non expandabe memory 19MB on board for mapsource maps
2) Kinda small display of the maps while driving
3) The lanyard clip is on the wrong side of the unit so when you let it hang by the lanyard you most always lose signal.
