Show 528.0: Georgia and GeoTours

On our geocaching podcast today, we have a chat with MissJenn at Geocaching HQ about GeoTours and then we share an interview with Kim from Georgia State Parks and Historic Sites about their geotours and all that Georgia has to offer to geocaching visitors. We also have more feedback on “more later” logs, a listener RAVE about a unique new type of geocache and much more.

One Response to Show 528.0: Georgia and GeoTours

Thank you for another nice show! Wonderful like always.

The information about the geotours is interesting. However, personally I have mixed feelings about it. Geotours geocaches from organizations with entrance fees and sponsors are different from the free geocaches from the volunteer geocaching community that we have now. I’m not sure if I like to see geocaching going in a commercial direction. But I’m happy to have more background information about geotours, thanks for that!

Anyway, I wish you lots of fun in Georgia and I’m looking forward to your stories!

    Best regards,
    Twentse Mug
