    Geocaching in Palestine
There are many geocaches in Palestine listed as if they were in Israel. They are often placed in the illegal Jewish settlements.
Geocaching have no policy on caches listed on occupied land. Whats the situation on the Westbank, Gaza and on the peninsula Crimea, occupied from Ukraine by Russia. Caches can be listed in both.

Thanks for the insights. Not sure how they handle defining country borders.

Good show! I enjoyed the Mary Hide segment and the mutual fellings regarding fidget spinners

Sonny, great job with your interview with Réd! I’m proud to call him friend and infrequent co-geocacher. His adventures could fill a book (which he’s always promising to write.) Thanks for bringing his adventure to the public.

Thanks Barbara. It was fun to meet him and his wife.

Would use the camouflage gaffer tape for covering caches when hiding.

  6. Kevin DeFields July 19, 2017 at 6:08 am #

I’ve just discovered gaffer tape. I have know idea what I would use a camo version for. I’d feel kind of silly using it in photography!

Great show! Would definitely use the gaffer tape for new cache hides.

I would use camo gaffer tape to camouflage new caches. I would probably wrap some around a used gift card and use it for in-the-field cache repair, as long as it didn’t change the nature of the hide.

  9. Joe July 25, 2017 at 9:37 am #

I’d use the tape too bind up unruly children.

  10. Dylan Waller July 25, 2017 at 9:45 am #

I find camo tape great for covering geocaches. While I’ve never used the gaffer version, I’d love to try it.

Is gaffer tape waterproof? If it is, I’d probably use it to camouflage some new cache containers!

  12. Sydney July 25, 2017 at 10:17 am #

I would use the camo gaffer tape for lock n lock containers for geocaches so its not so shiny and blends in better!

  13. Jim Stark July 26, 2017 at 12:45 am #

What would I use the Tape for…. To camo 5 sides of a Lock-n-lock container and place it out in the wild.

  14. Peter Alley July 27, 2017 at 6:12 am #

I would use the tape for camouflaging containers!!

  15. Gerry Sander July 27, 2017 at 8:05 am #

I would use Camo Gaffer Tape on my gadget caches.

We are going to order this and other Gaffer tapes soon as we are in the US for holidays in August. We want to use it to cover PETlings to use as hides combined with our new FANtastic Logbook that we produce as Logwerk.com

Ao maybe we win some more. Thanks for the contest

Hmm, Gaffer Tape? I knew about it from being in tradeshows, never thought about using it for geocaches. Would definitely need to try some out.
