Subscribe using an Aggregator with iTunes
If you use iTunes: A nice feature of iPodder is that it will automatically put your shows into iTunes and create a playlist! All you have to do in this case is follow the directions to use an aggregator and it will do the rest to put it into iTunes for you! Thus you will not need to use the built in aggregator in iTunes, you will just be using iTunes to store your MP3 files.
One reason you might want to use this combination is because iPodder will automatically create playlists for you, a convenient feature, and currently iTunes used as an aggregator will not.
