We bought it on clearance from REI.com for $299. We have since added a car adapter/data cable, an external antenna, and a splitter that allows us to pass data to our Axim Pocket PC (yes, paperless caching!). Overall, I'd give it a 9 on a 10 point scale.

Positive:
1) The large color screen- much easier than the b&w screen on our Lorance IFinder GO. It can be viewed easily under all lighting condition, including the glaring sun here in south Florida.
2) The accuracy! We started geocaching with the IFinder, and we find we are consistently closer with the 60CS than the IFinder.
3) The configurability. We use the 60CS while driving to keep track of where we are heading and where we've been (as well as where the nearest caches are using caches along a route). It tells us ETA, speed, time spent not moving, average speed, plus a whole lot more. These features are a man's dream come true- an easy way to figure how to shave minutes off that family trip to see the in-laws at Thanksgiving.

Negative:
1) Basemaps tend to be rather inaccurate. I've been as much as 300 ft off Interstate 95 according to the 60CS. Incentive to buy the software map upgrades? Probably 🙁
2)Quirky electronic compass. We've found that almost every time we cycle power on the unit we need to recalibrate the compass in order for it to accurately direct us. While annoying, it only takes about 20 seconds.
3) Our biggest complaint has to be that we only have one of these and we always dispute over who gets to use it vs. the IFinder.

Positive:
1) Has navigation: plug in a waypoint and it will choose a path to drive to this location.
2) Not too small (large LCD), and not too big
3) Magnetic Compass: a must have for Geocaching. It allows you to be stationary to determine your route.

Negative:
1) 56MB of interal memory: for me, suitable enough, but requires a quick map download if I'm travelling to another state or region.
2) Instruction Manual: wasn't very well written for the beginner. Specifically how to integrate it with the MapSource software.
3) Toggle button: this differs from one unit to another, but on some it can be tricky and frustrating to get it to move the cursor the way you want. I have since developed my technic to overcome this.
