Show 127.0: Caching at the Zoo

Listen To The Show (30:28)
On our geocaching show today, we take our nieces and nephew to the zoo, out caching, and head toward the Geocoinfest event (Southern California). We share some news about geocaching at the Detroit Zoo, info on getting free stamps from VistaPrint, and a listener tip on another trail registry site.

Hop on over to the PodCacher Forums to discuss the show!

Yeah the only drawback with Vistaprint is that you have to pay for the postage. If you can BEAR to get the spam, the email offers are usually pretty good, so you can get more free stuff. It’s a shame you guys can’t get the Pocket Stamps free in the US, as it’s much better when you don’t have to mess with the ink pad – it’s the size of a mini-sharpie and really handy!

The other thing to watch is you don’t sign up to the special offer they give AFTER you checkout – they offer you £10 ($20) off your next purchase (I think) but then you PAY £10 a month to get sent junk mail!!!

Basically be really careful, read every page carefully, and remember you don’t get something for nothing UNLESS YOU’RE really clever (which of course all PodCacher listeners are!)

    Mel
