Re Tulips for Josie cache. I logged it last January and never even gave its make up a second thought other than “it’s really waterproof”. Shows where I’m coming from, right? It was stashed in a guardrail so it never should have hit the street but guess the squirrels in that area are mighty and active or maybe mighty active. I have to agree that to the comment on the log page as to geocaching as an activity. Too many more of these finds and municipalities will start passing laws against it. I also see that the geocacher wasn’t very active and this was the first hide. I’m all for making cachers wait until after logging a certain number of finds before accepting a hide, say 100? Not a complete solution but may help.
