Thank you for having me on Team Podcacher! I listened again this morning on the elliptical. Since I just started listening a month ago, I missed your seven streak challenge. I will see if I can publish a similar one on our BCS.

Thanks for mentioning the Historic landmark challenge! I just moved to Sonora a little over a year ago and noticed there are at least 10 historic markers here that have NO geocaches! I’ve been ill and haven’t been able to do much geocaching lately, but I do plan on getting some caches out by the landmarks that have room.

It never occurred to me that previous experiences would qualify for your 7 day 7 cache type challenge. I initially heard your challenge and inwardly groaned. I did my time. I wasn’t planning on doing the 7 day streak from groundspeak at all (spoiler alert: I did), much less try to scrounge up enough different cache types to get me to match this challenge as it would probably require doing some traveling, and I’m really over streaking. Listening to today’s show made me stop and consider… wait a minute! Surely sometime in the 600 days I lost my mind and went streaking there’s a chance I had done this organically, just on chance, right? Maybe around Gigastock? So I checked, and sure enough I did, and sure enough, it was the week of Geowoodstock 2018. Starting 5/22 and ending 5/28/18 I got an unknown, traditional, earthcache, letterbox, giga, virtual, and multi. The day of Geowoodstock I could substitute out any number of other cache types as well, as I managed to get 12 different icons that day. Not too shabby!

I came here to look for the EXIF data tool link since the name of the recommendet tool was omitted from the podcast, but I can’t find it ther either – Has it been removed because it turned out to be a harmfull link after all, or am I blind?

      Found it:
Listed further down then “links from the show, after the Club link.
Strg + F doesn’t help because the word “EXIF isn’t used, it’s called “Image Metadata Viewer”

Glad you found it! I’ll add EXIF to the description to help others who may be searching for it.
